The Man Show

Is The Man Show gone or it just taking a hiatus from the schedule? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.230.151.128 (talk) 20:53, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Arrested Development is no longer on

edit

I haven't seen it on G4 since early last year; shouldn't it be removed from the current shows? Or is it just not showing on DirecTV? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.18.251.251 (talk) 19:36, 12 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

It still comes on G4. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.215.29.135 (talk) 02:52, 5 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
It comes on G4, it seems to be random late night early morning. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rouge2 (talkcontribs) 22:25, 29 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Deleting former shows section

edit

I'm going to do this. The page is to cluttered as is and in my opinion a list of past shows seems to be irrelevant. —Preceding unsigned comment added by CynicalRealist (talkcontribs) 23:34, 12 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

This is not a good idea. G4 has aired so many different shows that it would be irresponsible to not include them on a page entitled "List of Programs Broadcast by G4". Furthermore, it could also be used as proof of the claim made on the main G4 page that the channel has drifted away from its roots and become more like Spike. I do understand where you are coming from about the section being a mess, but I think using a page like the one for Adult Swim programs would be a good model to follow. I'll post the link after my sig. LoveWaffle (talk) 15:58, 11 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

If we are going to add a list of former shows to this page it should be worked on first on this discussion page so we can come up with a complete list. Doppy88 (talk) 23:40, 7 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Lost

edit

Is Lost gone for good or is it just taking a hiatus from the schedule? AdamDeanHall (talk) 17:43, 22 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Movies List

edit

Here is a list of movies that have aired on G4 for reference when determining whether a movie is new to the network.

G4/Esquire Transition

edit

When G4 transitions to the new Esquire Network, will a new program list page for the Esquire Network be created? Or will this page be renamed with the set-up kept as is? Mbrstooge (talk) 04:25, 15 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Annuals

edit

I have an issue that, for the good of this article, should be fixed. It regards, as the title implies, the annual events that have aired on G4 in the past, namely Comic-Con, the Consumer Electronics Show and E3. Fellow Wikipedians, I want you to try to figure out whether or not these annuals continue to air on G4, and to edit the page accordingly. Feel free to leave comments below. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.59.202.30 (talk) 03:33, 23 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

potential vandalism being committed

edit

Ok, so who keeps on adding programs that never aired on G4 to the page, like "Family Guy" and "Ridiculousness"? a lot of those programs were never seen on G4 and does indicate vandalism is being perpetrated to insert false and misleading information, while this vandalism was deleted once already, someone else, possibly the same user who put them up in the first place has reverted/undone said deletion, this page is going to need dome definite sources, since it is fooling those who are unaware of the channel's revival into thinking that shows that were on Comedy Central, MTV, even those never aired in the US were once on the network, which they are not. the vandalism has now thankfully, been deleted again, hopefully it doesn't pop up again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:145:601:EFE0:1555:14AA:AE92:EF8 (talk) 22:19, 11 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

And yet, almost every other "List of programs broadcast by X" page is littered with shows that likely haven't aired on those networks and no citations to prove otherwise, not even a link to a schedule or TV listing (case and point, Comedy Central sister networks like BET. It's not vandalism, it's Wikipedia "editors" being unreliable trash. Thecleanerand (talk) 00:31, 22 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Final Programming of Original Run

edit

So I'm seeing some debate on whether or not the "Final programming" section should be included or not. I personally believe that it should remain as although there's nothing really proving these programs aired, there's nothing that disproves them either. Since almost everything is unsourced, I guess this is a matter of consensus. What say you? JellyMan9001 (talk) 20:19, 22 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

How about providing a link to the ACTUAL PRESS RELEASE instead of just an un-archived tweet!? Another donation wasted on uneducated kids who have no business editing Wikipedia.Thecleanerand (talk) 00:08, 22 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
