The Suneditor problem Edit warring
edit
@Suneditor:, despite having a very new account, you seem quite familiar with several of wikipedia's guidelines. Unfortunately, editwarring to reinsert vast amounts of unsourced content with an edit summary like "illiterate vandalism" means that you should do two things:
- Read, and understand, WP:NOTVAND and WP:NPA;
- Read, and understand, WP:BURDEN.
Let me know when you have done these, and then I can resume cleaning up articles without you automatically reverting and attacking me. bobrayner (talk) 01:15, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
- Well, if you blank my comment, I assume that you've read it. But blanking other people's comments is a Bad Thing, too. Please don't do that. bobrayner (talk) 01:19, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
The illiterate vandalism of Bobrayner Unhelpful edits
edit
What you are doing is illiterate vandalism, a WP:VIO violation to WP:CLEANUP. Your reason is invalid as there is already WP:Reliable Source sources in the links of every equipment. Stop deleting the entire section, and stop personal attacking me. If you really need a source of the equipments, here's what you need to do: 1: click the equipment 2: look for the operators and click it 3: you will see referrence there and click it. Do this one by one in every equipments. Suneditor (talk) 03:49, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
- User:Suneditor, I need to very strongly warn you that you are in the wrong here. Adding citation needed tags means citations need to be provided - fullstop. This is inherent within wikipedia policy in regard to WP:REFERENCES. Stop reverting removals of unreferenced information. See WP:Articles about ongoing enterprises#Removals of unsourced or poorly sourced negative material, which specifically cites User:Jimmy Wales on the matter. Desist, please, or you may face administrator action. Buckshot06 (talk) 03:59, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
- There were no sources with the Infantry weapons table. Wiki links are not reliable sources since they are user editable and not stable, etc. There's no reason at all for these personal attacks on Bobrayner or anybody. -Fnlayson (talk) 18:30, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on List of modern equipment of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20070929110608/http://www.eads.com/1024/en/pressdb/archiv/2005/20050512_ec_ec225.html to http://www.eads.com/1024/en/pressdb/archiv/2005/20050512_ec_ec225.html

FN SCAR
editThe image used was of an airsoft version judging by its lack of any FN trademarks and the obvious airsoft M203 attached to it, so I replaced that image with the one from the FN SCAR page. Spartan198 (talk) 05:22, 11 June 2017 (UTC)

Has anyone tried working with the Japanese Wikipedia to get more information for the English version of this page? I'm seeing pages for some of the gear that the English versions seem to lack. Here's a link form the JP Wiki about the Type 3 vest: https://ja.wiki.x.io/wiki/%E9%98%B2%E5%BC%BE%E3%83%81%E3%83%A7%E3%83%83%E3%82%AD3%E5%9E%8B (I know it's long and dirty, but it directly links to the article.) - D — Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.80.128.65 (talk) 01:30, 26 October 2021 (UTC)
