I've noticed these entries appear and then reappear over the history of the page. Many of the recent Miss Delaware entries that I removed per WP:NOTE simply link to the Miss Delaware page. I retained two winners who have Wikipedia entries of their own, although arguably they may not meet notability standards either. ~delbh 05:30, 4 June 2017 (UTC)
