The exceptions to the extended confirmed restriction are:

Editors who violate this restriction may be blocked by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offence.

After being warned, contentious topics procedure can be used against any editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behaviour, or any normal editorial process. Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.
Editors may report violations of these restrictions to the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard.

Misleading Title, list incomplete

The title of the article is misleading - it focuses on criticism and demonstrations against Quds Day demonstrations rather than the subject it claims.
In Berlin for example Quds Day demonstration have been held every year since 1996 - see de:Al-Quds-Tag#Der_al-Quds-Tag_in_Berlin_(und_Wien), but this article mentions Berlin for the first time with a mere caption "Protesters against the 2011 Quds Day demonstrations in Berlin." - as if people in Berlin protested against demonstrations in other countries.
For the record, I do not support the political attitude of these demonstrations, but what I do support is freedom of speech as well as factual correctness of the biggest and most read online encyclopedia. --Bernd.Brincken (talk) 22:07, 29 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
