Linking individual episodes
editI gather PMelvilleAustin meant that he linked the episodes so that eventually individual synopses would be written. In the case of an episode list, however, unlikely the lists of cities, I don't see why leave a long list of blind links. If people come and decide to write a synopsis for any episode, they can do it when they decide to actually write it, and link only the specifc episode(s) that they intend to expand. Realistically speaking, the entire list of episodes (if any) will not be expanded unless some huge fan of the series happens to drop by and devote time (a lot of it) to it. Should such a person come by, I do not believe that the fact that the episodes were already linked would affect the decision to do it. Most likely, the list will remain completely "red", since in this case it's about a show that was over almost 10 years ago and, although quite successful in its time, did not enlist (I believe) diehard fans in the same fashion Dr. Who and Star Trek did. But fine, let's leave those blind links there for the time being (who knows, maybe a fan will prove me wrong). Redux 12:14, 19 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- I'm inclined to agree with you — these blind links are ugly and unlikely to be expanded. Grand total: 1 episode synopsis written thus far. Another reason to leave the links off until the synopsis is actually written: disambiguation. A fair number of episode titles collide with other articles that may be created in the future. (E.g., "Star Search", "Slumber Party", etc.) This is how I found this page in the first place. Rather than worrying about avoiding collisions now, why don't we leave the list without links, and if someone wants to write episode summary, they can follow the example of the one episode summary we do have? • Benc • 09:13, 13 Aug 2004 (UTC)
- Even worse. We've just had a anon editor creating context-free two-sentence sub-stubs for these episodes, most of which got speedy deleted. I have un-linked all the episodes: if somebody feels like writing a real article about an episode (and I seriously doubt that we'd need articles on all of them), then is the time to link it. Being on the safe side
editWhen linking the episode titles, it's always better to be on the safe side. Please, do it like this: [[EPISODENAME (Full House episode)|EPISODENAME]]. Often, the title of an episode is already "taken" in the mainspace, resulting in "false" blue links. By using this disambiguation format, we prevent this, and it even avoids future disambiguations, when people editing, say, some other episode list, come across the same sort of ambiguity (episode titles for tv shows are very, very often repeated). Infobox

Color theme
editI was just wondering if anyone would object to using a more cohesive color theme for the tables, with more differing colors (i.e., red, yellow, green, etc.) instead of the current theme now with colors that are very similar to each other. F!ERCE (talk) 13:28, 13 December 2009 (UTC)
- How are the colours in use now similar to each other? The tables are already using the colours you've mentioned, as well as others. --AussieLegend (talk) 13:33, 13 December 2009 (UTC)
- There's about 3 shades of blue (season 1, 3, 7) & 8 is a very similar color to blue as well. There's yellow, but there's not yellow and/or orange. You could also use pink and red instead of using a salmon color to open up more color choices. I think it's the matter of fact of how the colors are stack on each other in the season overview that makes them look so similar to each other too, that was just why I was suggesting either maybe spreading out the similar colors from each other, or substituting them for different ones. - It's important to make sure adjacent colours are different enough to avoid confusing seasons as a reader scrolls through the tables but that the differences aren't so striking as to make the tables visually unappealing, which reduces readability. Muted tones are always preferred for this reason, while bright colours, such as red, orange and yellow should really be avoided. Looking at the range of monitors and resolutions I have available here (7 different brands and models) I don't see anything wrong with the colour scheme as it is. It seems a wasted effort to change colours for the sake of it. I don't see that 1, 3, 7 and 8 are really that close, although that may be my eyes. --AussieLegend (talk) 13:57, 13 December 2009 (UTC)

Unaired Pilot
editAre you sure that September 22, 1987 is an official airdate? I've seen online that the pilot without Bob Saget is unaired. So if it is unaired, how does it have an airdate? Mr. C.C.Hey yo!I didn't do it! 22:59, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
