Episode notability
editMany or all of the existing individual episode pages for this series appear to fail the notability guidelines for television episodes, and have been tagged accordingly. These articles can be improved through the inclusion of real-world information from reliable sources to assert notability. Overly long plot summaries should be edited, to a maximum length of approximately ten words per minute of screen time. Trivia should be integrated into the body of the article, or removed if it is not directly relevant. Quotes and images should only be used as part of a critical analysis of the episode. You might also consider merging any notable information onto the show's "List of episodes" or season pages. Otherwise, when these pages come up for review in fourteen days, they may be redirected, merged or deleted. If you want any help or further information, then come to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television/Episode coverage. Thanks. Gwinva 15:57, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Cold Case 114.jpg
editImage:Cold Case 114.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Forever Blue?
editWhy was the article on Forever Blue deleted? It was a long and well written article, and now it's gone. 74.227.26.202 (talk) 05:25, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Maternal Instincts
editWhy someone keeps deleting what happened in MATERNAL INSTINCTS At the end you can see Linda/Rebecca is crying... she wasn´t really a bad woman! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.226.60.72 (talk) 01:19, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
She did not look like she was crying. Plus, she stole a child, that's pretty bad in my book. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.142.207.30 (talk) 07:59, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
Renamed episode
editi renamed the episode 03-20 from Death Row: Final Appeal to Death Penalty: Final Appeal due to numerous sites listing that as the correct episode title. (1, 2, 3, 4)

Episode information
editThe information hre is not sufficient to be encyclopedic. It's like TVguide to give just the set up of the episode and not say what happens. For example--"The team reinvestigates the 1990 case of a murdered church organist when his Alzheimer's-stricken widow begins having flashbacks of the night in question." needs to give the resolution at least , if not all the details in between. What does his widow remember? What happens then? --
If we cant do better than this for an episode list we should probably go back to the individual episode articles. DGG (talk) 03:51, 9 December 2008 (UTC) In the episode "Fly Away" the last song is not by DJ Sammy but it is an original song sung by Do in the episode!!! So change that wrong information! I saw the episode tonight!
Episode delays
editOn the episodes from season 7 that had airdates from October 18, 2009 and on, I changed the airdates one week later, since the October 18 episode was postponed to the 25th. Though some of these episodes may not air on those days in that order, depending on when the Amazing Race and Survivor finales air. Robert (talk) 20:20, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
Best Friends ending music
editThe music Heard during the final scenes of the episode "Best Friends" (season 2 episode 22) is not an instrumental version of Bessie Smith's "Nobody Knows You (When You're Down and Out)". It is in fact an original composition by Michael Levine which appears on the oiginal soundtrack CD under the title "Best Friends".
The Mistake probably stems from the fact that on many episode guides, "Nobody Knows You" appears as the last song used in this episode. However, it's not the song used in the final montage, either as a vocal, or as an instrumental, as a comparison between the final scene and Bessie Smith's song on YouTube can attest. Which is why I changed the text for the episode a first time, and why I will do it again today.
Flashback film style category
editWould the creation of a "Flashback Film Style" be informative? Part of the format of Cold Case is to incorporate the film styles of the time period, and this would be very helpful in defining the episode ambiance
