Great Britain and Ireland

edit

Great Britain is not the name of the country which comprises of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is actually called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (before 1922 it was "Great Britain and Ireland"), Ireland is not and never has been part of Great Britain.

Likewise Ireland is often used as shorthand for "the Republic of Ireland" but also refers to the island of Ireland which includes Northern Ireland.

I have made the appropriate amendments.GordyB 22:36, 21 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Confusing table

edit

The table appears to have total games/wins/losses then the Tests in parentheses. But the titles just says "Tests". Can someone confirm and fix (and update). Needs to be a explanatory note as well. The-Pope (talk) 03:46, 30 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
