Should we add that in 1982 a lot of Ranger M4LA chassis from 1958 that were in storage were sold as under the Leyland brand to Uruguayan bus operator Cutcsa, these chasis were bodied by the operator un their own Banda Oriental 80 noduwork mainly for the new inter-urban C1, C2, C3 and C4 lines but a few were for urban use inside Montevideo; Becaus ethey were so old with crash gearboxes and fron mounted engines that tjey were replaced in the next ten year by Volvo B58 and Front-engined Mercedes-Benz buses from Brazil 190.133.149.239 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 16:02, 20 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
