I noticed that sometimes mountains from other Alpine subranges make into the list of the peaks. It might be misleading. Also the list grew very quickly making it not encyclopaedia style, making harder to read the article. There are 1282 named peaks in the Lepontine Alps. All of them are sorted and mapped on the page which I compiled. Due to conflict of interest I can't publish this as a reference but I truly believe that having it in the article would be beneficial for readers and a much better option than growing the list inside the article.
