Conclusion
editThis article passes without need for any further changes. I fixed one minute prose issue. Congratulations! QatarStarsLeague (talk) 17:27, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
False Information
edit@Themeparkgc:Sorry for pinging you so much but I think this issue needs some immediate addressing. I've been talking with Duane (RCDB) today and he has informed that (to quote him), "On Wikipedia, delete any mention that B&M had anything to do with the Drachen Fire. Geez, that is the oldest and falsest urban legend about roller coasters I think exists." I then asked him if the first paragraph in the history section of this article is also false and he responded, "It is false. I suggest removing it completely and when someone adds it back in (which they will) require them to site a reference." Now, you did include a reference to examiner.com but I have to now question how accurate that reference is after what Daune has said. It seems like it was written by some random person; plus isn't examiner.com blocked on Wikipedia?--Dom497 (talk) 18:14, 17 August 2013 (UTC)
- I'd be happy to pull it. The information was in the article before I started the OpB&M improvement, so I hunted to find a reference for it. Themeparkgc Talk 23:06, 17 August 2013 (UTC)
- @Dom497: by the way, I love the pinging/notification system so keep doing it if you need to grab my attention. Themeparkgc Talk 23:15, 17 August 2013 (UTC)
Closing Info
editWhy did you remove the closing info? It was a legitimate article that confirmed the ride's closure date. Also the vandalism of the reception was not my doing. Marth The Hero King (talk) 18:38, 6 December 2017 (UTC)Marth The Hero King
I am a park employee that works on the Serengetti Express and want to add info to the page.
editI'm an employee at BGTB and have done work into finding facts to say to guest on the train. Things ive learned is how Kumba's roar is created from hollow tracks with no dampening sand in it, the fact its roar is about 100 decibels, and that it is B&M's first ever sitdown roller coaster. Can these edits be added to the page? 97.79.27.195 (talk) 03:14, 11 September 2023 (UTC)
