Cold war?

edit

The article has "In the original series the conflict between the Federation and Klingon Empire was modelled on the Cold War between the Western countries and the Soviet Union [1]. " C'mon! Anybody can see that the Federation are the Allies, the Romulans are the Nazis and the Klingons are the Japanese. How obvious does it have to be? I will be editing to note this (more tactfully).

the cold war is confirmed, the nazi thing sounds like original research. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.183.214.150 (talk) 03:09, 20 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Mating Rituals?

edit

In Star Trek: Voyager, B'Lanna bites Tom Paris on the face, and Tom later says that it is a Klingon custom to choose their mates by biting them. Aaron5367 00:33, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

Again there, while studying klingon mating rituals, the EMH Doctor mentioned, that a clavicle broken during the wedding night is considered good omen. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.116.139.139 (talk) 09:18, 2 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Unnecessary Removal of a Change, 18 Jan 2011

Did the high quality of the addition of 18/01/11 offend? ???? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.156.145.248 (talk) 16:00, 19 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

It was uncited and trivial content. --EEMIV (talk) 16:41, 19 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Can criteria be a novel?

edit

What are criteria for inclusion in the article? (Must a cultural point be in one of the TV episodes/movies, or can come from a novel? If the latter, would like to include mention of Klin Zha.) Cheers, Ihardlythinkso (talk) 11:41, 2 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
