Image added
editI added an image of the station entrance, but have not obtained an MBTA photo permit (although I intend to do so within a few months), so I cannot photograph the station itself. (Previous unsigned comment by User:Shorelander on 26 January 2007)
Track layout diagram?
editThe following (modified) claim is made: "The track layout is similar to, but not identical to the Kashirskaya station on the Moscow Metro." While this (weaker) claim is true as modified, it rather confuses the situation since a more-precise detailed description would be long and tedious to read (and write). Can anybody find or put together an accurate track diagram for Kenmore station? Failing that, is it better to simply abandon the attempt at a more precise description, and just delete the Moscow Metro reference? Reify-tech (talk) 23:56, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
- Done I removed this back in January. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 17:10, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
Move discussion in progress
editThere is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Lechmere (MBTA station) which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 01:31, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
Title should add: (MBTA)
editOther Boston MBTA stations that have station names the same as stations in other cities will add "(MBTA)" to the title. 75.68.213.211 (talk) 12:42, 21 November 2023 (UTC)
- Please see WP:NCDAB. Parenthetical disambiguation is only needed for articles like Chinatown station (MBTA) where other articles share the same name. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 22:34, 21 November 2023 (UTC)
Platform titling
editOut of curiosity, should the platform labeling be titled with northern and other? It seems more like it should be titled with northern and southern platforms. Archangelectra (talk) 13:29, 29 November 2023 (UTC)
