Fair use rationale for Image:Kundan.jpg
editImage:Kundan.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Requested move
edit- The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: page moved. Vegaswikian (talk) 19:47, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
Qarol Bagh → Karol Bagh – Karol bagh is almost always spelt with a K and not a Q. The original page was created as Karol Bagh, but later was moved to Qarol Bagh. Even the external links specified use the spelling as 'Karol Bagh'. The same is true for Metro station named "Karol Bagh". I am a resident of Karol bagh so I know this to be the correct spelling.
As a proof, I am posting a google map link of the area
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=karol+bagh&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=0x390d029c5f402ed3:0x942174294c9dd946,Karol+Bagh,+New+Delhi,+Delhi,+India&ei=ztiRTtqCNoLVrQeL_KSZAQ&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=title&resnum=5&ved=0CEUQ8gEwBA

Note to closing admin: Please move Qarol Bagh (Delhi Metro) and Qarol Bagh (Lok Sabha constituency) as well if this move is successful.--Redtigerxyz Talk 08:39, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose Qarol Bagh is the correct spelling of the city, as indicated by the spelling of the word, which begins with ق q, not ک k. This is similar to the Hindi-Urdu word for fort, which is properly rendered as Qila (क़िला قلعہ), not Kila (किला کلا) . All proper historical texts refer to the city as Qarol Bagh. One reason why the name of the city is often rendered in English as Karol Bagh is because there is no sound for q in English. I hope this helps. With regards, AnupamTalk 17:45, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
- Interesting but irrelevant. It is not for Wikipedia to decide the "correct" spelling of a place if it flies in the face of common, English usage. — AjaxSmack 02:31, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
- Support per WP:UCN (use common names). This article was at Karol Bagh until a recent undiscussed move by User:Anupam and "Karol Bagh" is vastly more common. All of the the article's references and external links use the form "Karol Bagh". The Delhi Metro station is called "Karol Bagh".[1] The former Lok Sabha constituency was named "Karol Bagh".[2] User:Anupam cites Google Books where there are 45 results for "Qarol Bagh" and 15,100 results for "Karol Bagh". Inicidentally, Qarol Bagh (Delhi Metro) and Qarol Bagh (Lok Sabha constituency), also recently moved by User:Anupam without discussion, should be returned to their original titles as well. — AjaxSmack 02:31, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
- In addition, "Karol Bagh" is the name of the postal sub-office [3], "Karol Bagh" is the name of the local public library[4], "Karol Bagh" is the name used by the Delhi Tourism website[5], "Karol Bagh" is the name used by the National Capital Territory government[6], and "Karol Bagh" is the name used by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.[7]
- I might also add that other users have found this situation to be problematic as well: (see this edit). Thanks, AnupamTalk 20:00, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
- Support [8][9] Much popular name (COMMONNAME) as well as official Karol Bagh constituency Karol Bagh Metro station. I would also request move of Qarol Bagh (Delhi Metro) and Qarol Bagh (Lok Sabha constituency) to original names for consistency. --Redtigerxyz Talk 08:39, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
- Support this, as well as Redtigerxyz's proposal. I'm surprised it was at Qarol Bagh all this time. Lynch7 17:19, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
