British or Scottish?

edit

There seems to be an inconsistency regarding how the nationality of this person is listed. Their nationality states ‘Scottish’ whereas the flag listed in their professional boxing record is that of the UK (i.e. the British flag).

I suggest either changing the flag on their professional boxing record to the Scottish flag or changing their nationality to British to provide some consistency. 89.168.59.99 (talk) 11:44, 22 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Scottish is his nationality. Scotland is in the U.K. obviously. There is no inconsistency. State and Nation aren't the same thing. Also, he's not a group of people. He's a man. No need to confusingly call him "they". 24.224.178.127 (talk) 03:11, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
