To: joseph mathunjwa from: Christopher dan rangaka subjects: miners concerns, (referred to holder of a blasting ticket)

we write to inform you of concerns raised by holder of blasting ticket (miner in mining term), margin of payments, miners getting pattison grading C1 and shift supervisor C5, mine overseer D1, section manager D2 and so on. we both can see that from c1 to c5 is unrealistic, miners requested C4 maximum to close the gap. there are other matters of concerns, we have addressed the matters with mine house co-ordinator of amcu, abram seaketso. we hope to discuss our concerns with you, my president, as we cannot addressed them on a mass meeting, as will take more time to discuss.
