Confirmation needed
editRecently an editor went to the IVC-related pages and deleted all references to the archaeologists B.B. Lal, Jane Mcintosh, V.N. Misra and S.P. Gupta. Some of these references were put back after discussion on the talk page of Talk:Indus_Valley_Civilization, or they were at least replaced with other references.
I know for a fact that Kenoyer has cited these four archaeologists numerous times, but I'm not going to the library anytime soon, so would be grateful if anybody could confirm this for me. I know this sounds silly, but it's wikipedia. Kenoyer seems to be the only reasonable person that he would listen to, and if I can argue that Kenoyer cites the very references that this user deletes from IVC-articles, I might hopefully convince him to stop censoring these references in IVC articles. Can somebody please confirm for me that these four archaeologists are cited by Kenoyer? --RF 10:07, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
