I propose that he has both British and Belgian nationality as as aside from being born in Britain to a Scottish mother and educated in a Britain he spent most of his adult life there as a musician in the 30s and when he became involved in motorsports in 1947. Does anyone else have any more information because if not those grounds are more than enough to change his nationality from simply Belgian?
