Removed per link consisting of a government site for Santa Clara County, which isn't covered by copyright protections. If the government site is violating someone else's copyright status, restore the template and link to or document the original copyrighted materal. -LlywelynII (talk) 15:44, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Huh. Learn sth new every day. Apparently states can still copyright their work and California does. But for photographs, not for text. The article's fine so long as any pictures stay at the original site. Cf.
