editChecking the birth registration indexes for 1941 and 1942 on microfiche, John Stratton Davies is listed in the indexes for 1941, registration number 5643, which equates to being registered in the July–September quarter in the Wellington registration district. There's no listing for John Stratton Davies in 1942 or 1943. The date given in the 1991 Who's Who thus seems reliable. Paora (talk) 01:28, 21 June 2020 (UTC)
