My company had previously tried to create a Wikipedia page for Vuly Trampolines without success. I volunteered to do so and created the page. I am not being paid for the creation, but I am paid by the employer for other work which clearly falls within conflict of interest guidelines. The article was locked and then unlocked after my request to do so. For this article on Joe Andon, I was not paid NOR was I requested to create the page; however, since I am still employed by the company, I felt that disclosure of that affiliation should be made.
