Missing date
editFrom some sources, He disappeared on Easter Day of 1967 which happened on Sunday, March 26. --203.147.0.48 18:19, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Disappearance should be made into a separate article
editThat would address the "intricate detail" warning tag. The "callout" boxes with quotes attempt to ameliorate the "intricate detail" tag by summarizing content, but they make this section look like a sensationalist news article from Straits Times or some other newspaper. The material is rich and interesting enough to merit a separate entry/article. Martindo (talk) 00:44, 30 November 2014 (UTC)
- Well, it's happened: Disappearance of Jim Thompson (designer), although a more appropriate course of action would have been to greatly reduce the content and not spin off an article. This read like tabloid journalism that seeks to "tell a story", not a dispassionate encyclopedia article. --Animalparty-- (talk) 19:53, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
