Question about first marriage
editAccording to the Foundation of Medieval Geneology Isabella married William of Colluthie, not William Felton. [1]. Older books seem to favor William of Colluthie.
The sources that mention William Fenton include:
- Plantagenet ancestry: a study in colonial and medieval families By Douglas Richardson, Kimball G. Everingham
The marriage of Isabella to William Fenton seems to be based on the Scalacronica according to: England and Scotland in the fourteenth century: new perspectives By Andy King, Michael A. Penman (2007)
I cannot tell which source is more reliable, or if both theories should be mentioned. --AB (talk) 16:13, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
