I was wondering about this article. Citing both the penal code's relevant section pre and post change, it describes how said changes in the penal code effectively legalize zoophilia as long as the animal isn't harmed in the process. I don't know how reliable the source (mundotoro.com) is, I've never heard of it until now, but the cited paragraphs can easily be verified to be as cited (see 2nd and 3rd link above).
Now, I am no lawyer (though I do speak Spanish) but from what I understand by comparing the two versions, the article's assertion seems to be true and, if indeed so, a mention concerning this should probably be added in the section about that law.
