Actually it's neither a production nor a continuity error - maybe a release error: Listening closely to the stardates given in Imperfection (54129.4), Drive (54058.6) and Repression (54090.4-54101), it is clear, that the events of Drive (including the Wedding of Tom and B'Elanna) happen chronologically before Imperfection (as do the events of Repression).
In any case, much more obvious than the wedding ring on Tom's hand is the existence of the Delta Flyer II, which would not be shown completed until Drive aired - and the previous one had already been destroyed by the Borg. Bernd Martin Wurm (talk) 11:56, 18 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
