I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thanks for the speedy creation of a well-written biography for a breaking news event. I had wondered about a merge to Azerbaijan Airlines Flight 8243, for WP:1E, but given the major national award ('National Hero of Azerbaijan') announced today, having a stand-alone page seems reasonable.
