Work in progress
editThe "Public life" section needs further work to support the lead section description of Williams, especially as he was only a councillor for the last two years of his life. For future use I've added a number of external links to information that could be incorporated in the text and there are further details in the biographical sketches currently cited. I will try to return to this article as time permits and hopefully other editors will find the links useful as well. RLO1729 (talk) 10:27, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
Thanks for the above. I have added an useful secondary source on the Rhondda which has a section on Williams, a neglected figure by historians perhaps. Will also try to do more work on this article when I have time. Macs15 (talk) 21:02, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
Good work and great to have a secondary source. I had wondered whether the article didn't quite meet the General notability guideline (secondary sources) just based on the newspaper articles. RLO1729 (talk) 01:26, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
