This is getting really goofy. "Emotional damage" is not a genre of music. This page needs to be semi-protected until the Edgerunners fanbase cools off a bit, otherwise it's going to guaranteed end up on the lamest edit wars page. Lil Nas Xbox 360 (talk) 09:27, 1 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
I changed it back to "synthpop", and by the next day "emotional damage" is back. This is immature "superfan" nonsense and needs to be prevented here, it's just "in-joke" gen-Z stupidity. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.193.48 (talk) 16:46, 23 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
OK, since March there have been like twenty alterations and reversions to incorporate this "emotional damage" crap. We get it, the song is used in the show in a way that fans feel causes "emotional damage". Great. That's not a genre of music, this is a stupid in-joke that isn't really very amusing, and there are no sources cited. It's just some fan-culture b.s. which is negatively impacting this article and the encyclopaedia project. SURELY this warrants semi-protection at this stage? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.194.12 (talk) 16:06, 5 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
