False advertisement?

I've noticed that not one reference here shows that Humanscale chairs are good for health. There is not even any evidence given to show that they are better than average! Until this is done, surely we should be saying "allegedly" in front of each claim? (eg "The chair was considered revolutionary for its internal counterbalance mechanism that allegedly supports the user’s body at all points during recline")
