Hello - I've attempted to update this article that was quite out of date with it seemingly being untouched since Bouteflika's resignation in 2019. I've tried to update it as best as I can although am not sure if I should replace the tab calling for it to be updated or not as am sure it could be updated further - open to suggestions.
