Elizabeth 1st ?
This article is amazing. It doesn't mention at all the empress who reigned from 1741 to 1762!

"permanently weaken"
THIS NEEDS A SOURCE: "Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine led to massive sanctions designed to permanently weaken the modern sector of the economy."
The sanctions are designed to slow Russia's ability to make war on its neighbors. If Russia pulls out of Ukraine no one is going to have any issues with them turning on the gas pumps and re-integrating themselves into the global system. This kind of language plays right into Russia's sense of victimhood and it is what is holding the people of Russia back from reaching their full potential. Vandalism
I think this Wikipedia article needs to be locked for vandalism prevention. The article itself is not an appropriate place to argue for or against controversial, political, points of view. 71.175.80.169 (talk) 11:58, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
