This page is not unambiguously promotional, just because it explains its purpose. The organziation has been around since 1981 and works with the WHO on African health issues. I am editing it now nevertheless to bring it down in size so please give me a chance to correct. The org deserves a page and I welcome any edits. --Akrasia25 (talk) 11:32, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Just looking up the advice given on this issue,

"This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION. If a subject is notable and the content could plausibly be replaced with text written from a neutral point of view, this is preferable to deletion. Note: Any article that describes its subject from a neutral point of view does not qualify for this criterion."

I would say that the subject is notable with many RS's and can be rewritten to make it less promotional.--Akrasia25 (talk) 11:43, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
