There have been several criticism of him as a lnad grabber
Where is his controversies
editThe article is highly biased. It does not mention about his role and activities solely to retain power. He is against IT-Development of the state, and unsuccessfully thrown mud to Narayana Murthy (Infosys). His own family possess wealth that is the cynosure of everyone. He is against any development whether it is IT or infracture. He is only for his development (Money, Power). It is very sad to have these kind of characters in Indian Politics. He should be forced to take political retirement or should be kicked out of the country (after seizing all the money he made) in the interest of the nation.
- This article needs loads of editing. Sounds like an agenda statement of Mr Gowda's sympathiser. Wiki San Roze talk 22:16, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
I agree that the article just discusses about the good things about the person. I suggest we add a Criticism section where the other angle can be accurately provided. I wonder, is there any good thing done by him to discuss? Other than he and his family making money and grabbing land. Manjukirans (talk) 10:41, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
I did add some of his cruel achievements in Karnataka politics under his Biography. Unfortunately, someone else deleted it..... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 144.36.255.106 (talk) 05:30, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
And what about the BMIC? Let's add a controversies section. I'll start with the BMIC section.
He is also one of the most corrupt politicians in the state. He is against the development of the state. The article needs major re-work —Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.112.231.105 (talk) 07:40, 20 May 2011 (UTC) --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 09:21, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

62.189.158.228 12:48, 6 September 2006 (UTC)This article is completely one sided and does not reflect his tinkerings with infrastructure policies at the state government and his animosity towards private companies foraying into public projects. Examples: His opposition of BMIC (Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor), his criticism of Infosys mentor NR Narayana Murthy which subsequent led to his resignation.
" His tours to European and Middle Eastern countries were a testimony to his achievements as a dedicated politician. His tour to Singapore, which brought in the much needed foreign investment to the State, proved his business acumen. " In what concrete sense were his tour to European and Middle Eastern countries any kind of testimony? What are the concrete "much needed" foreign investments? |
