edit

This page was moved in January 2016 by Uzume from Hōkoku-Maru-class ocean liner to Hōkoku-Maru-class Ocean liner (changing 'ocean' to upper case), with the edit summary "...naming convention for Template:Sclass-".
I'm not clear why this was necessary: The previous title works in the template just as well as the current one (viz {{sclass-| Hōkoku-Maru | ocean liner|1}} ), but now the capitalization is incorrect; Template Sclass, and WP:NC-SHIPS both say the ship type should be in lower case.
So unless there are any objections I will move the page back to the previous title. Xyl 54 (talk) 01:20, 13 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

PS: On reflection, the hyphen in the ship name is also wrong; per NC SHIPS, ship names with more than one word in them are not hyphenated, even when they form part of a class name (viz Class name :Evergreen State-class ferry ). So I will move this (absent any objection) to Hōkoku Maru-class ocean liner (without the first hyphen) in the near future. Xyl 54 (talk) 01:24, 13 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

OK, done. Xyl 54 (talk) 02:02, 22 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
