Here's the problem: This article has but one source. That source says "Named by W. H. Dall, US@C&GS, in 1880, for Constantin Grewingk" without the "von." Both names, with or without the "von" are redlinks so the reasoning that it has to be "von" because otherwise it messes up the link makes no sense. I'm completely open to the possibility that GNIS has it wrong, but without a source to contradict them it is obviously WP:OR to simply insist that his name had the "von" in it without providing any evidence to support that claim. When there is doubt, we must go with what the sources we have say, even if some believe them to be wrong. Beeblebrox (talk) 16:29, 14 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
