editIf this article should mention the sex tape then it should clearly state that it is unclear whether the sex tape exist.
This is from Page 9 from the lawsuit
"that moving defendants did not publish an article alleging the existence of such a tape because the information could not be verified"

Age
editThe article states Hughes was born circa 1966 or 67, which doesn't line up with the fact that later in the article, it states Hughes graduated in 1981. For that to be true, he would be born in around 1962-1963. Also, it doesn't state his birthdate, May 23, which is easily found all over the internet 129.3.153.141 (talk) 15:43, 9 September 2023 (UTC)
