The result of the move request was: No Consensus - On a simple count this is deadlocked. In terms of argumentation that doesn't change the picture. No need to relist as there hasn't been any discussion in the past week. FOARP (talk) 14:36, 16 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

Grant Park 165Chicago Street Race – I feel like the default Chicago Street Race is the commonname of the race, many high profile news outlets, such as espn, and even nascar.com uses "Chicago Street Race" as opposed to "Grant Park 165". 45BearsFan (talk) 20:07, 3 December 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. ~/Bunnypranav:<ping> 14:15, 10 December 2024 (UTC) — Relisting.  — Amakuru (talk) 10:26, 8 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

Comment - I agree with this move; the problem is that the Xfinity Series also races there, so it might cause some confusion. MysticCipher87(alt-account) (talk) 18:04, 9 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
@MysticCipher87(alt-account) I feel like we could do something similar to what @FMecha did with loudon's race page, doing "Chicago Street Race (Cup Series)" and "Chicago Street Race (Xfinity Series)", I feel like the generic fan would support this as oppsed to "NASCAR Cup/Xfinity Series at Chicago Street Course". 45BearsFan (talk) 20:35, 9 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
I feel like that would be the best idea. "Chicago Street Race (Cup Series)" and "Chicago Street Race (Xfinity Series)" looks better, also. MysticCipher87(alt-account) (talk) 21:27, 9 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Since I was pinged: There was an old precedent to this. Before it was moved to NASCAR Nationwide Series at Indianapolis Raceway Park, it was originally called "Kroger 200 (Nationwide)". FMecha (to talk|to see log) 07:50, 10 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Relisting comment: Thoughts on inclusion of a disambiguator? ~/Bunnypranav:<ping> 14:15, 10 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
If we go with the move i listed earlier, we could definitely make the regular CSR a disambiguation page. 45BearsFan (talk) 15:44, 10 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
so what do you think @MysticCipher87(alt-account)? should we go with the move (and also do the same with the nationwide page) or just close it? 45BearsFan (talk) 19:04, 13 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
I would go with the move of this page with the nationwide page as well. I think that's the best option. MysticCipher87(alt-account) (talk) 19:08, 13 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Oppose move. Chicago Street Race should be a disambiguation page linking to here and The Loop 110. Both races are already at a stable, concise title which meets both WP:AT policy and current Wikiproject convention. ―"Ghost of Dan Gurney" (hihi) 18:03, 15 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Support (with no particular opinion on how you want to handle disambiguation). I generally agree that it appears to be called "Chicago Street Race". Also it wasn't always "165" which is a little dissatisfying for an article about a series which has only happened twice and might only ever happen three times in total.
