Off-topic conduct dispute

WARNING about unconstructive and antagonizing editor ItsCheck: ItsCheck has a track record of trolling, blindly reverting, making mistakes without learning from them, biting newcomers, making false allegations, and in general being a nuisance to Wikipedia. Then when people tell him his behavior drastically needs improvement, he feels "personally attacked" by that. Funny enough he wants to become rollback when he's clearly unfit for it.
