edit- It has the traditional name Hyadum I, which is Latin for "First Hyad".
More literally, 'first of the Hyades'; the –um is genitive plural. 'First Hyad' would be Hyas prima (or maybe Hyadis; my Latin and Greek dictionaries don't show a singular form). —Tamfang (talk) 07:55, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
