• In the second paragraph of the introduction, there's a little too much "the mall". Seeing as the sentences beginning with "Although the mall currently still stands..." and "Despite the mall's closure..." each use the phrase "the mall" later on, it should suffice in these instances to substitute with "it/'s". • Also, in the latter sentence it might be better to reword "Despite the mall's closure, periodically, several events take place at the mall..." so that "periodically" follows "several events", so as to reduce comma usage and improve word flow.
