Farnworth Tunnel is apparently in West Berkshire
editAt Delivering the plans (Network Rail) there is a paragraph
- Bridge modifications are currently underway in West Berkshire, details of this work are available in the spring 2012 news update (PDF 7.6 MB).
If you follow that link, you get a PDF doc titled "Western Electrification Improving rail travel across the south west" subtitled "West Berkshire: Spring 2012 Information update". On page 2, at lower left, is a photo of a Class 180 (unit 180106) emerging from Farnworth Down Tunnel. The different sizes of the bores are distinctive, as is the white staining on the brickwork - compare this photo. --Redrose64 (talk) 11:26, 13 August 2013 (UTC)
