editThis person has an IMDB page with 27 episode credits [1] on Shameless. Looks notable enough to escape speedy deletion to me. -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 18:20, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

Shameless is notable, isn't it? -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 18:23, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
Upon watching the previous series of Shameless, I noticed that Elliott's character seems to be ging through a development as a key figure rather than just a background or secondary character. Due the knowledge that a new series is due to be released in January 2007, I feel that the "Carl" character will soon have more exposure and in turn, Elliott will share the same exposure. -- Carl Schwing 18.24, 30 October 2006
Also, his twin brother's page hasn't been contested. -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 18:23, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
- I wish someone would expand these kind of stubs. People go out of their way to keep the stub on wikipedia and not to have it get deleted, and then do absolutely nothing to expand the article. Because the way the article is right now, it doesn't really tell you anything about its subject. If the person is notable enough to have a stub, then there should be enough information available to write a proper article. --MonkBirdDuke 22:37, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- The guy is 16 years old... he doesn't have many accolades but is part of a notable TV series. That and I haven't been online since creating this page stops me from editting anything somewhat.
Fair use rationale for Image:Shameless1.JPG
editImage:Shameless1.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
