Linda Christas

edit

What editor out there has a problem with listing Efrem Zimbalist Jr's acceptance of a Chair for the Performing Arts at our school. Every time a student adds the information, an editor (could only be from a rival school already on Wikipedia) deletes the information. For Pete sake, Wikipedia won't even allow our school a listing. What kind of prejudice are we experiencing here? What, you don't like high schools or what? Somebody at Wikipedia is wearing a hair shirt for Linda Christas Academy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.142.227.237 (talkcontribs)

I'm not the editor that has done the removals, but I support them whole heartedly. Why? Because when I spoke with one of the then current members of the board, Alison Jiear, I found that her involvement with Linda Christas had consisted of the following conversation: "Do you want to be listed as a board member of our school?" "Sure, why not". Total length of involvement: 2 minutes, tops. I can only assume that the other "board members" are listed for similar exchanges. A casual conversation on that level hardly rates any sort of focus on a Wikipedia bio. If what I said doesn't apply to other board members, then let me know and I'll contact them for verification as well. - Richfife 19:39, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Acting credits

edit

A lot of the acting credits are unreferenced, many of them don't even have Wikipedia articles so assuming the "click-through" verification is invalid. Please help to address this by providing inline citations for the credits, or remove them, per WP:V. The Rambling Man (talk) 20:31, 4 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

I've reformatted the tables per MOS:DTT, and added a column "Refs" for the citations for anyone who can add sourcing. Under the stage work, I believe the Rubicon might be a theatre in Ventura, California where he and Stephanie sometimes performed together. Haven't readily found references for the two plays mentioned. — Maile (talk) 00:49, 2 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Spouses?

edit

Why is his second wife listed twice in the sidebar at the top, suggesting they separated and remarried, but the description in the article seems to indicate that they were married until her death? Somebody please fix this; it is confusing. 12.31.187.178 (talk) 17:56, 27 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
