Language of East Pakistan (which is now Bangladesh) was always & still is Bengali...
edit...so I feel the name of East Pakistan should be in Bengali only (or first). So I just switched the order of the name in Bengali & Urdu. The name of West Pakistan should be in Bengali also (after Urdu-ie in reverse order to that for East Pak); if East Pak's name has to be in Urdu as well. In any case East Pak's name should be in Bengali first!
Please lets be fair, and not be arrogant, like the West Pak based government of that time! Urdu was never ever the official language/language of instruction in East Pakistan; just like Bengali was never the language in West Pakistan!! (From IQBAL50000).
