Excellent work done! I appreciate the list of references that would help readers to learn about the case. Your summary looks great too. Just a minor suggestion, you may want to add the date of the decision, esp. that it is such a recent decision addressing a very interest and important legal issue/topic. And as the case involved both federal and california law, it may be a good idea to include links or citations to the relevant legislation.
