San Francisco
editI recently read (in a catalougue) that these quarters will be minted in San Francisco. The state quarters were minted only in Denver and Philedelphia. This seems like intriguing information that ought to be added to the article if anyone can work it in. --162.6.97.3 (talk) 20:02, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
- You are incorrect. The Statehood Quarters were minted in Philadelphia and Denver. These quarters are too (Last weekend I brought both the DC and Puerto Rico quarters - they all had ether had a P or D). San Francisco only mints quarters for coin collectors. This is no different than any other coin. - Thanks, Hoshie 01:32, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
Recent edit: letter and Puerto Rico picture
editHello all,
In my recent edit I shift the picture of the Puerto Rico ceremony to the right. In 2003 I wrote my then Congressman in Virginia about this program (which was still in the idea stage). He sent back a very detailed reply. Yesterday I scanned it and have incuded it in this article. I've done this to make the article more interesting. As for the scan itself, I've blacked out my personal data. Later on I will fix the tenses in the leade. Hope this helps. - Thanks, Hoshie 04:57, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
