I agree the the gyro has no place on a Bicycle Moto Cross bike, perhaps this should be chaned to 'BMX Freestyle' instead.Ducttapeandzipties 03:00, 8 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

I believe the proper name for this device is a detangler. 'Gyro' and 'Oryg' are both brand names, as is 'ACS Rotor' the general term 'detangler' covers all of these devices.Ducttapeandzipties 03:00, 8 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

While stunt bikes are generally based upon BMX bikes, a detangler is useless in actual BMX use, and are only extra baggage.

Riding with the forks back-to-front is hardly a problem. It is also equally possible to ride in that manner with a straight cable. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.222.147.163 (talk) 13:29, 7 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

edit

Inexperienced riders may experience trouble when riding the bicycle with the fork reversed, and may not anticipate the significant handling difference which results from negative fork offset.

This has been in and out of the article before. The last time, it was removed for being unreferenced. Unless and until we can find a reputable source that confirms this assertion, it should stay out. -AndrewDressel (talk) 19:11, 6 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Even if it was sourced, I think discussion of reversed-fork driving is irrelevant to a discussion of the detangler, it's operation, and application. Winston Spencer (talk) 03:18, 14 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

A Hell Bike

edit

I have it. And I can send you pictures of it please contact me when ever. I saw the letters of G.FALO on it and I looked it up. I literally don't know what this is or who made this type of bike. Looks pretty perfect by hand if I don't say so myself! 2601:C2:32:F0A5:89F0:D98C:1973:F461 (talk) 17:04, 15 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
