It says he's first team all pro, but that's fairly misleading. In 2021 he didn't make either of the all pro teams that people generally refer to when talking about 1st team all pro players (AP & PFWA, with AP being the most prominent). To highlight this point it's notable that the NFL uses AP & PFWA for determining compensatory picks, but not SN, which is important as the page implies he would be worth one as he was an all pro, but this is not the case. A player would not have accolades such as NFL MVP put on their page if it was a high school newspaper that gave them that award. Sporting News isn't so small that his award shouldn't be listed, however it should be specified that he was 1st team SN All-Pro. Not making this distinction makes researching the all-pros unreliable on the pages of players on wikipedia, especially when trying to determine if a specific player is worth a comp pick or not. While the all-pro xxxx year page does specify who gave them the award, it isn't the easiest to navigate for specific players who may or may not be on the list. 98.207.27.142 (talk) 01:38, 14 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
