This was deleted 4 years ago but I have written a new article which I believe justifies creation. It is my view that this article meets standards of notability and that the previous deletion discussion was seriously flawed, with reviewers failing to properly analyse source material and making false claims about the subject (for example, that it only existed for a few months.)
