The information here has several serious mistakes. It seems to confuse the 1960's J-9 program with the much later FC-1 program of the 1990's. The reason for the confusion is no doubt due to the FC-1 sometimes being referred to as the J-9, although it never officially acquired the J-9 designation. The J-9 was in fact a competitor to the J-8 and canceled when that program matured.
The specs for the J-9 are copy and pasted from the FC-1, and should be deleted.
