This article reads like a (long) curriculum vitae. I am not in a position to judge how notable Chaman Lal is, but I would like to see more biography and more information about how his work has affected society, not just a list of publications. Peter Chastain (talk) 12:43, 23 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
